Wind and Sea Banquet Deposit and Room Information
ROOM RENTALS
- The Banquet Room rent is as follows:
- Monday through Friday days $ 60.00
- Saturday and Sunday days $ 90.00
- Monday through Thursday evenings $ 120.00
- Friday through Sunday evenings $ 160.00
- December Monday through Friday days $ 90.00
- December Saturday and Sunday days $ 120.00
- December Monday through Thursday evenings $ 160.00
- The room rent is required to reserve the room for 4 hours and is non-refundable. We also require a $200.00 deposit January-November and a $500.00 deposit in December, which is credited to the final payment. The deposit is non-refundable unless we receive a cancellation notice prior to 60 days before the event. Both the deposit and the room rental are due when confirming your reservation.
- All food and beverage charges must be paid in full on the day of the event. The final bill may be payed for by cash, Mastercard,Visa, or American Express.
- We can recommend other services such as cakes, pastries, photographers, videographers, florists, disc jockeys, karaoke jockeys, caricaturists, limousines, and hotel accommodations.
- Our standard linen colors are white tablecloths and royal blue and green napkins. Please ask our banquet coordinator about the other color selections available at an additional cost.
- Person(s) renting Banquet Facility will be held responsible for any extraordinary damage to the banquet room or carpets.
- All prices do not include California Sales Tax or 21% gratuity and subject to change.
